FREE LOAN OF KITCAR TO DISPLAY AT EVENTS

John Clayton has put his kitcar in Alpha livery (free of charge) with the endorsement of Holy Trinity Brompton, and would like to offer the opportunity detailed below to worthy charitable, community or church events.
VISUAL DRAW
As a 'billboard' to advertise Alpha, the kitcar has proven to be an excellent attention-getter wherever it is parked, due to its eye-catching visual appeal and unique design. The 'United Christian Broadcasters' Marketing Manager at CIM's Silverstone outreach actually described it as the single biggest draw to get people into the marquee (where UCB had a stand, as strategic media partners).
WHAT’S ON OFFER
Loan of the kitcar for display free of charge at worthy charitable, community or church events (but not driving events-for sponsors only!).
You may like to consider using it as a static display, perhaps in a shopping centre, a pedestrianised shopping street or at events such as 5000+, fetes, carnivals, open days or regional shows. This concept is very effective, as can be seen by the following link which shows how an entire race series is being based around individual racing cars being displayed in shopping centres to gain publicity in the public arena: The Challenge
N.B. While the idea might appear to be best suited to displaying at car-related events, if anything, it is even more effective in a wider forum (e.g. shopping precincts) because the car will stand out and will not be surrounded by dozens of other intriguing cars! |

It is best used with an A-board / display boards about Alpha next to it, or better still with church volunteers alongside to promote / launch events such as Alpha Oxford.
Also, you may like to consider using of kitcar-related material e.g. photos in your PR campaigns / printed output. |
LOGISTICS
The vehicle is available for towing on its trailer to whichever part of the country you may wish to use it, and would be supplied with an A-board giving details of the car’s racing and its spec. John Clayton may be able to arrange delivery to and collection of the car from a specified venue. Additionally, he has a limited number of days when he could be available with the car to ‘man’ the stand. Permission to display the car is easily obtainable from the agency controlling the respective area e.g. City council.
The car has already been displayed with great success at events such as the Autosport show and a major Fun Day in Southampton (the organisers of which would be pleased to provide a testimonial as to the cars effectiveness), and a number of churches are planning to use the car for Alpha launches and other events. Please spread the word about the above within to people within your circles who might be interested.
